NEW YORK, August 25, 2008 — American Express Credit Corporation announced today that it has commenced an American Express Credit Corporation InterNotes® program.
American Express Credit Corporation InterNotes® are unsecured medium-term notes due nine months or more from the issue date for sale to retail investors and will generally be offered at par in $1,000 increments. American Express Credit Corporation InterNotes® provide individual investors a variety of rates, maturity dates and interest payment options.
Banc of America Securities LLC and Incapital LLC will act as joint lead managers and lead agents under the American Express Credit Corporation InterNotes® program.

Arizona Quest Card Offers Claimants Easy, Secure Way To Receive State Assistance for Food Stamps, Other Programs
NEW YORK, August 21, 2008 - JPMorgan announced today that it has renewed its contract with the State of Arizona for the distribution of benefit payments to the more than 250,000 households currently participating in programs like food stamps and cash assistance. Utilizing JPMorgan’s electronic banking transfer services (EBT), program participants are able to access their benefits through convenient, easy-to-use debit cards. JPMorgan recently announced the renewal of similar programs with the States of Alaska and Colorado.
JPMorgan has served as the EBT contractor for the state’s Arizona Quest Card for more than a decade. HAC receives $200,000 grant from the Bank of America Charitable Foundation
Washington, DC, (August 15, 2008) – The Housing Assistance Council (HAC) today announced it received a $10 million Program Related Investment (PRI) from Bank of America, to improve affordable housing opportunities for rural Americans. The investment, the largest private commitment HAC has received to date, will allow the organization to provide financing for the creation and preservation of affordable housing in rural communities across the country.

JPMorgan Appointed Successor Depositary Bank For Barclays PLC ADR Programme
ADR institutional ownership and trading strong in Europe
London, 11 August, 2008 - JPMorgan announced today that it has been appointed as the successor depositary bank for the American Depositary Receipt programme of Barclays PLC, a major global financial services provider.
The average daily trading volume of Barclays PLC’s ADRs is $55 million year-to-date, with total ADR holdings in Barclays at $1.7 billion at March 31, 2008.*
